Meet Orchid, our TICA-registered Seal Mink Snow Bengal queen who brings together a super sweet, social personality, top-tier health testing, and a stunning rosetted coat.
Personality
Orchid is a total sweetheart and an absolute social butterfly. The second anyone walks through the door, she’s right there at your feet, soaking up affection and looking for immediate chin scratches. She loves being around people, purrs like a motor, and has that playful, confident vibe everyone falls in love with. Her bold, loving nature is a trait she consistently passes down to every single one of her snow Bengal kittens.
Medical
Health always comes first in our cattery, and Orchid is in prime condition. She is fully DNA tested and completely clear/negative for all major Bengal genetic conditions, including PRA-b and PK-Def. Her heart is in great shape, backed by normal HCM echocardiogram scans, and she comes from a long lineage of healthy parents who screened clean right alongside her. Our screenings are done by a licensed Cat Cardiologist. Her most recent HCM echo was done on May 2026. If you would like proof of her HCM scan please let us know.
Orchid has also had a full Wisdom DNA Panel done. The Wisdom Panel is the world's most comprehensive cat DNA test and is developed by leading geneticists and veterinarians. Along with insuring that Orchid is 100% bengal breed, it also screens for 45+ health tests, 25+ trait tests, and blood type. Orchid tested negative for every single health test in the Wisdom Panel. Proof of testing can be provided to you if requested.
DNA Traits
Genetically, Orchid is a Seal Mink Snow Bengal, which makes her offspring variations super exciting! Because she carries one Seal Lynx gene and one Seal Sepia gene, she can produce all three types of snow Bengal kittens in her litters: Snow Lynx Point (ice-blue eyes), Snow Mink (vivid aqua eyes), and Snow Sepia (green/gold eyes). Her kittens inherit high-contrast rosettes, lush ivory-to-caramel coats, and those bright, iconic eyes across the entire snow spectrum.
One fun fact about Orchid is that she has a Glitter Coat. This is a gene that makes the hair a softer texture and has an iridescent sheen to it. In the shade they look super shiny, and in the sun their coat can look like it's been sprinkled with golden dust.
